But in the end, especially in Canada and the USA, coffee was and is one of the most important daily companions for me and many other people and in many different forms.

There are wonderful coffee drinks that many people no longer want to do without. In addition to the simple black filter coffee, perhaps with a little sugar or milk, the many franchise coffee chains have established so many signature drinks that new drinks are offered every season, whether in spring, summer, fall or winter.

So why should we do without it when we even can make wonderful coffee drinks at home with just a few simple steps? Especially this wonderful habit of starting the day with the first cup of coffee in the morning?

I have come to the conclusion for myself that a lot of coffee is not good for me, and I will show you how you too can simplify your life by simply giving up coffee.
